非英语专业大学英语教师自主性英语教学能力调查与分析

教师自主是继学习者自主之后,外语教育领域引入的一个新兴话题。国内外学者围绕这一课题进行了大量的研究,但都限于对教师自主概念进行界定、对其实施策略进行阐述以及对教师自主和学习者自主相关性进行分析。本文侧重调查自主性外语教学能力,首先根据国情对非英语专业大学英语教师自主性英语教学能力进行界定,然后通过问卷和访谈对河南省三所高校的61名非英语专业英语教师自主性英语教学情况进行了调查。结果表明,非英语专业大学英语教师自主性英语教学能力不容乐观。笔者在分析其原因的基础上提出了相应的建议。

Following learner autonomy(LA), teacher autonomy(TA) has recently acquired a prominence in discourse on foreign language education.
