工商关系中大型零售商的策略选择

摘要 工商关系中,大型零售商借助对销售终端的控制权,从自身的利益出发,对供应商采取各种强权策略,致使在交易过程中经常与供应商发生冲突和摩擦。本文从博弈论和利润的角度出发进行分析,认为在与稳定、大型和信用度高的供应商交易过程中,大型零售商应该与其建立战略合作伙伴关系。而在与合作不稳定或者信用度不高的供应商交易过程中,大型零售商应该持观望态度,针对性采取有利于本身的策略。
