摘要
目的观察高渗氯化钠羟乙基淀粉40注射液(HSH)在经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)中使用的安全性及在预防经尿道电切综合征(TURS)、减少术中静脉输液量方面的作用。方法40例择期行TURP患者,随机分成对照组(常规输液)和观察组(手术开始时给予HSH250ml静脉滴注,30min输注完毕),每组20例。术中监测心率、平均动脉压、中心静脉压、血电解质、血糖,记录术中总冲洗液量、静脉输液量、输血量,计算血浆有效渗透压。结果血钠、渗透压比较,对照组在各时点无明显变化(P>0.05);观察组在HSH输注完毕即刻及手术结束时较手术开始时明显升高(P<0.05),较对照组亦明显升高(P<0.05),但仍在正常范围内。观察组晶体液、胶体液用量与对照组相比明显减少(P<0.05)。结论在TURP术中预防性应用HSH250ml安全可行,并能预防TURS的发生,减少术中晶体液及胶体液各自用量。
Objective To observe the safety of hypertonic sodium chloride hydroxyethyl starch 40 injection(HSH)applied in transurethral resection of the prostate(TURP),the effects on preventing thansurethral resection syndrome(TURS)and reducing the amount of fluid supplement.
