摘要
目的探讨血尿酸水平与阿尔茨海默病(AD)的关系。方法检测30例AD患者和30例健康对照者的血尿酸水平。结果AD组血尿酸水平低于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。健康对照组男性的血尿酸水平明显高于女性(P<0.05),AD组男性的血尿酸水平与女性比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论血尿酸水平降低可能与AD的发病机制有关。
Objective To assess the relationship between the level of serum uric acid and Alzheimer’s disease (AD). Methods Thirty patients with AD and 30 normal control subjects were included. The level of serum uric acid was measured. Results The level of serum uric acid in AD patients was significantly lower than that in normal control subjects(P < 0.05).
