应用组织芯片研究sialyl Lewis^x和CD44v6在结肠癌中的表达及意义

摘要 目的应用组织芯片研究sialyl Lewisx和CD44v6在结肠癌中的表达及意义。方法应用组织芯片技术和免疫组化技术,检测103例结肠癌组织中sialyl Lewisx和CD44v6的表达,并结合肿瘤的病理学指标和临床随访资料进行分析。结果结肠癌中sialyl Lewisx和CD44v6阳性表达率分别为83.5%和82.5%,且晚期结肠癌明显高于早、中期结肠癌(P<0.05);sialyl Lewisx和CD44v6表达具有一致性,且与结肠癌的临床分期、浸润程度、淋巴结及远处转移和预后有关(P<0.05)。结论sialyl Lewisx和CD44v6的表达与结肠癌转移和患者生存期密切相关,联合检测sialyl Lewisx和CD44v6在结肠癌中的表达对于判断其恶性程度、预测生物学行为和评估患者预后具有重要意义。 Objective To explore the expression of sialyl LewisX and CD44v6 in colon carcinoma and its significance.Methods The expression of sialyl LewisX and CD44v6 were detected by tissue microarray and immunohistochemical method in 103 colon carcinomas.The relationship was analyzed between the expression of sialyl LewisX and CD44v6 and the clinicopathological factors.Results The positive expression rate of sialyl LewisX and CD44v6 in colon carcinoma were 83.7% and 82.7% respectively.The positive expression rate of ...
