杯状举宫器联合Ligasure在免气腹腹腔镜下子宫全切除术中的应用

Clinical Combined Application of Cuppy Uterus-lifted Equipment and Ligasure to Gasless Laparoscopical Hysterectomy

目的探讨杯状举宫器联合Ligasure在免气腹腹腔镜下子宫全切除术中的临床应用。方法有手术指征的子宫肌瘤56例,其中运用杯状举宫器联合Ligasure在免气腹腹腔镜下行子宫全切33例(实验组),用举宫棒联合双极电凝在免气腹腹腔镜下行同样手术23例(对照组),比较两种术式的临床应用效果。结果与对照组比较,实验组手术时间短,术中出血量少,肛门排气时间早,住院时间短,术后下床活动时间早,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且实验组并发症少。结论杯状举宫器联合Ligasure的免气腹腹腔镜手术是一种安全、可靠,适于临床广泛开展的手术方式。
