摘要 在对介绍和描述名师个人生活史的文献资料或传播内容进行定量分析的基础上,本文采用内容分析法进行研究,发现:后天的个人努力是名师成功的最主要因素,但参与课题研究、导师的引领和帮助、教学互动、参与教改等外因对名师的成长也起着重要的作用;名师们认为责任心、教学的反思和研究、教学和科研的融合、宽博的知识结构是影响他们职业成功的四个主要因素;关键事件对名师坚定理想、找回希望、弥补不足等具有极其深刻的影响。因此名师的成长不仅仅是教师个人的事情,同时也是学校环境和教育制度共同作用下的结果。 Based on the quantitative analysis about the literature of the leading teacher s personal life history or the dissemination of the contents,this paper used the research method of content analysis,it shows that the most important factor for these teachers success is their own endeavor,but participating in research,the guidance and help of their instructors,teaching interaction,participation in teacher education reform and other external causes are also very important for them;teachers believe that sense of ...
