A Comparative Trial for Six Cultivars/lines of Panicum maximum

对6个坚尼草品种进行比较试验,结果表明:坚尼草TD58、坚尼草Mombassa、热研8号坚尼草和热研9号坚尼草产量之间差异不显著,但显著高于坚尼草CIAT6299,其中,热研9号坚尼草年均产量18140.46kg/hm2;坚尼草TD58其年均干物质产量达到17402.42kg/hm2,仅次于热研9号坚尼草,两者产量均显著高于坚尼草CIAT6299和青绿黍。青绿黍年种子产量达640kg/hm2,坚尼草TD58仅次于热研9号坚尼草,种子成熟比较一致。

Six varieties of Panicum maximum Jacq were compared in terms of dry matter yield in a trial.The result of a 3 years trial shows that there is no significant difference in dry matter yield among P.maximum cultivars TD58,Mombassa,Reyan 8 and Reyan 9 but they yielded evidently higher than P.maximum cv.CIAT 6 299.The Reyan 9 yielded the highest in dry matter,upto 18 1 40.46 kg/hm2,followed by the TD58(17 402.42 kg/hm2),and these two cultivars yielded obviously higher than the CIAT 6 299 and the green panic gras...
