马铃薯茎段快繁及试管薯诱导

Rapid Shoot Cuttings Propagation and in Vitro Tuberization of Potato

在马铃薯(Solanum tuberosum)的茎段快繁中,采用生根时间、生根率、节间长度和粗度作为评估马铃薯茎段快繁壮苗的标准。结果表明,以MS为基本培养基,添加40mg/L的B9处理马铃薯茎段快繁效果最好;黑暗处理20d,并在培养基中添加B9能够提高试管薯诱导的效果。

Using factors such as time of rooting,rooting frequency,coarseness and length of internode as standard to evaluate potato shoot cuttings cultivation,the result showed that best effect on shoot cuttings propagation was obtained when adding 40 mg/L B9 in MS. The twenty days dark treatment with B9 adding in medium enhanced the efficiency of tuberization.
