‘大红袍’桃杂交F1代若干性状遗传倾向初步分析

Preliminary Analysis on Inheritance Trend of Several Characters in F1 Progeny of ‘Dahongpao’ Peach

以‘大红袍’和‘金华大白桃’、‘杭蜜2号’杂交组合为试材,分析了F1代主要性状遗传倾向。结果证实果实成熟期属于数量性状的遗传,后代出现较广泛的分离,50%的杂交后代果实成熟期在亲本之间或接近亲本。受非加性基因的影响,果实大小低于双亲,仅有3.8%的后代呈超双亲现象;后代中约有1/3果肉颜色为红色;果实可溶性固形物呈现变低的倾向,后代中约25.1%远低于亲本;果实大小、可溶性固形物的含量与果实生育期呈极显著正相关。

The inheritance trend of some economic characters was studied in the F1 progeny of peach variety ‘Dahongpao’ with ‘Jinhuadabaitao’,‘Dahongpao’ with ‘Hangmi 2’. The results confirmed that the fruit development period was a quantitative character with 50% of the plants in F1 progeny having similar ripening period with their parents. Affected by non-additive effects during the sexual process,the fruit size of the F1 progeny was smaller than those of parents. Only of 3.8% was larger than their parents. The red-...
