摘要
通过自制的花生清理和干燥装置对影响花生含水率的浸泡时间、喷水压力、旋转速度及火焰烘烤时间等参数进行了探讨,找出了使新收带壳花生获得合适含水率的各参数最佳值。
Through the self-made peanut cleaning up and drying apparatus,the influence parameters of water content of newly harvested peanuts such as immersion time,spraying of water,velocity of whirl and flame roasting time had been studied.The best value of various parameters which caused the newly harvested shell peanut to obtain the appropriate water content had been found.
