摘要
木塑复合材料(WPC)具有木材和工程塑料的优点,但其性能和生产成本取决于所采用的浸渍液中的活性单体。通过对以SM等体系为浸渍液、γ射线引发聚合制备新型WPC的研究,探讨了多种单体制备WPC的可能性,并讨论了辐射计量率、总剂量、环境介质(保护气体)以及不同添加剂对制备WPC的影响,结果表明:采用SM等体系,加入5%的TBC和0.04%的MA,辐射剂量率在10~35 Gy/m in、总剂量在15~30 kGy、保护气体为N2的条件下能够获得性能优良的WPC。
The purpose of the study is to produce a new-type WPC based oak wood by monomer SM or MAS polymerization and crosslinking initiated with γ-ray irradiation.Many factors such as dose rate、total dose、ambient medium and additives,which may have the effects on the process of making WPC,are discussed in this study.The optimum selection such as SM compound solution under the protection of gas N2,adding some additives such as 5% of TBC and 0.04% of MA in it,and 10-35Gy/min of dose rate,15-30 KGy of total absorbed d...
