摘要
在分析研究了德国生产的间歇性供粉加药装置优缺点的基础上,自行开发研制出全自动连续供粉加药装置,并已成功用于某钢铁公司热轧水处理改造工程中,实现了以供粉加药装置为主要设备的DCS网络控制系统。系统改造后运行表明:设备操作简便,药液浓度配制和药液投加稳定可靠,减小了工人劳动强度,对循环水中各项指标的去除效果明显提高,进一步增强了污水回用工艺的实用性。
Based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the intermittent pumping injection device made in Germany,an automatic uninterrupted pumping injection device in water-processing system was independently developed.It has successively used in the reconstruction project of hot rolling water disposal of a steel company.In the project,a DCS network control system was achieved with the uninterrupted pumping injection device as a main part.The performance results of the renewed system showed that,the ...
