正交试验法分析大麻迷彩织物的服用性能

Orthogonal Test on Wearing Performance of Hemp Contained Camouflage

为了开发综合服用性能优良的含大麻迷彩军服,选择经纱、纬纱、经纱密度、织物组织、空白列(误差)5个因素,不同棉、大麻、锦纶混纺比的纱线作为经纬纱的因素水平,进行正交试验设计.根据正交试验设计的参数进行织造,测试织物的起毛起球性、撕破强力、回潮率、OMMC4项服用性能,并进行正交试验分析.结果显示,经纱组成H60/C40,纬纱组成H20/C40/N40,经纱密度277根/10 cm,织物组织2/2方平的织物综合性能最佳,其中织物组织和经纱的纤维组成对织物的综合性能的影响最为显著.
