摘要
以磷酸甲酯和乙二醇为原料,通过反应物配比、催化剂用量、反应温度和滴加速度对产率影响的正交试验,优化合成条件,制备一种新型磷酸酯阻燃剂;将其用于棉织物阻燃整理,通过阻燃剂的用量、轧余率、焙烘时间和焙烘温度等整理工艺参数对损毁长度影响的正交试验,优化了整理工艺;采用热分析探讨了阻燃机理.研究结果表明:整理织物损毁长度在105 mm左右,续燃和阴燃时间均为0 s,极限氧指数可达26.4,整理织物阻燃效果可达B1级,能很好满足阻燃织物对阻燃性能的要求.阻燃织物的热分析结果表明该阻燃剂符合磷系阻燃剂凝聚相阻燃机理.
