摘要 采用PCR-SSCP方法对京海黄鸡骨调素基因第6外显子和部分第6内含子的多态性进行检测,并研究不同基因型对京海黄鸡各周龄体重和繁殖性状的遗传效应。结果表明:4个核苷酸位点出现多态,共有5种基因型组合。这5种基因型对4、8、12、16周龄体重、成年体重、300日龄蛋重、蛋壳重、66周龄产蛋数有显著效应;对开产日龄、300日龄产蛋数、蛋形指数、蛋壳厚度和蛋壳强度效应均不显著。H3型个体出生重最低,为31.53 g,但其4、8和12周龄体重最高,而其成年体重又最低。8、12和16周龄体重最低的基因型均为H5。H4型个体出生重最高,为33.07 g。H2型个体300日龄蛋重和蛋壳重显著高于其他基因型。H5型个体66周龄产蛋数最高,为196.17枚。结果显示,该基因可能是调控生长和繁殖性状的主效基因或与主效基因连锁。 Osteopontin(OPN) gene was selected to study its association with growth and reproduction traits in Jinghai yellow chicken.There were four single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs) in Jinghai yellow chicken.Significant differences were found between genotypes and body weight at 4 weeks,8 weeks,12 weeks and 16 weeks,grown-up weight,egg weight at 300 days,egg shell weight at 300 days,and the number of eggs at 66 weeks.No significant differences were found between genotypes and the day of the first egg,eggs at 300 ...
