English writing is a kind of activity which combines the writer s logic thinking ability and language expression.In every step of writing such as testing the subject,organizing the materials,writing and revising,logical thinking plays an important role.This paper states the role of concept,judgment and reasoning which are the constituent of logical thinking to the understanding of the topic in TEM-4 so that English learners will not stray away from the topic during the writing.
