口腔负压对淋巴循环影响的实验研究 被引量:1

Effect of negative pressure in the pharyngo-oral cavity on lymphatic circulation

摘要 目的探讨口腔负压对淋巴动力学的影响,探寻影响淋巴循环的新方法。方法在兔的口腔建立负压,分别在四肢及耳的固定部位注射定量染料,测量染料到达固定观察部位的时间,并与未建立口腔负压的对照组对比,观察口腔负压对淋巴动力学的影响。结果实验组在建立口腔负压后,注射染料到达固定测量部位的时间明显缩短。结论在口腔建立负压,能够影响淋巴动力学,促进淋巴的回流。 Objective To investigate the effect of negative pressure in the pharyngo-oral cavity on lymphatic circulation,and look for a new way to improve lymphatic circulation.Methods Make negative pressure in the pharyngooral cavity of rabbits,then inject dye in the end of the four limbs and ear,record the time when the dye reach to the observation site.Compare the difference between the experiment groups and the control groups,then observe the effect of negative pressure in the pharyngo-oral cavity on lymphatic cir...
