摘要
目的探讨口腔负压对淋巴动力学的影响,探寻影响淋巴循环的新方法。方法在兔的口腔建立负压,分别在四肢及耳的固定部位注射定量染料,测量染料到达固定观察部位的时间,并与未建立口腔负压的对照组对比,观察口腔负压对淋巴动力学的影响。结果实验组在建立口腔负压后,注射染料到达固定测量部位的时间明显缩短。结论在口腔建立负压,能够影响淋巴动力学,促进淋巴的回流。
