大阪市立中央图书馆读者隐私保护探析

On the Reader Privacy Protection in the Osaka City Centre Library

通过日本大阪市立中央图书馆在读者登记环节、读者服务过程及读者咨询活动中所体现的读者隐私保护可以发现,我国各级各类图书馆在读者隐私保护方面还存在很多欠缺和不足。因此我国图书馆界应加强自律,形成制度,使尊重读者隐私权落到实处;建立规范化的服务体系,突出保护读者隐私权的内容。

Osaka City Centre Library carries out some concrete measures to protect readers privacy during their service. However, there are still a lot of shortcomings in Chinese libraries reader privacy protection. Accordingly, Chinese librarianship should build perfect reader privacy protection system, and put the reader privacy protection into the practice, at the same time, establish the standardized service system to highlight the contents about the reader privacy protection.
