摘要
该试验利用油茶在芽苗时期细胞生命旺盛,易愈合,成活率高,而且主根直、粗、长、愈合力强的特点,采用芽苗根和芽苗砧作砧木,进行山茶花嫁接育苗。通过2年的对比试验,掌握了油茶芽苗根分段嫁接技术,对提高油茶优良无性系嫁接繁殖系数具有较高的应用价值。
The trial use of Camellia oleifera in the bud during the cell life,strong,easy to heal,high survival rate,and the main root straight,thick,long,strong healing characteristics,using anvil shoots roots and shoots as rootstock for grafting camellia nursery. Through the 2-year comparison of test shoots in the root sub-master Camellia Grafting techniques,improving the quality clones of Camellia Grafting propagation coefficient has a high application value.
