长沙市蔬菜产业化发展的思考

阐述了蔬菜产业化的内涵特征和意义,分析了蔬菜生产科技含量较低,社会化服务体系不健全、不完善,蔬菜龙头企业数量少和缺乏多功能的批发市场是长沙市蔬菜产业化存在的主要问题。进而提出了因地制宜选择组织形式、抓好龙头企业、健全利益协调机制和市场体系、完善社会化服务等促进蔬菜产业化发展的对策建议。
