摘要
通过预聚体分散法合成水性聚氨酯,采用直接加入纳米TiO2的方法,合成了稳定的纳米TiO2/聚氨酯杂化材料。考察了纳米TiO2的改性、加入方式、纳米TiO2的量、不同R(n-NCO/n-OH)值等影响因素,发现通过硅烷偶联剂(KH-570)、二甲苯改性获得的纳米TiO2沉降性有较大的改善,分散在介质中呈良好的乳液状;反应初直接加入TiO2合成的纳米TiO2/聚氨酯在手感上优于其它加入方式,力学强度较高;当R值为3.5时、纳米TiO2加入量控制在0.5%以内获得的纳米TiO2/聚氨酯杂化材料性能优良,最大铅笔硬度大于2H,耐冲击强度大于80 N/cm,粒子平均粒径在100nm以内。
Through the method of pre-polymer process that the aqueous polyurethane was compounded.The modified nano-TiO_2 was blended with polyurethane resins to obtain nano-TiO_2/polyurethane composite coating.After studying some relavant factors,such as,varible nature,adding mesaures and amounts of nana-TiO_2 as well as the differenet R(n-NCO/n-OH).It was dwascovered that the selttlement nature of nano-TiO_2,comes from changing the nature of KH-570 and Xylene,gains a large improvement.Assuming fine emulsion dwaspers...
