学习者特征因素影响网络学习行为的研究

Research on the Influence of Learners' Characteristics on E-Learning Behavior

目前我国中小学教师继续教育逐渐开始采用远程网络学习方式,网络学习过程中的学习者是中小学教师,其个人特征对学习行为有何影响?文章主要研究了学习者的性别、学习者的学科背景、学习者所处的环境等主要特征对课程学习、在线讨论、完成作业等三种典型的网络学习行为的影响。研究表明:性别对网络学习行为的影响不明显;教师的学科背景对网络学习行为有显著影响;学习者所处的环境对网络学习行为有显著影响。根据研究结果,文章还对中小学教师继续教育政策的制订和网络教学的实施提出了相关建议。
