高等法学教育发展到今天的规模,暴露出的问题恐怕不能简单归结为规模的扩张,社会对法律人才的需求是稳定的,甚至在不断地增长,法学教育发展的机遇仍在;目前的困境是法学教育现有的僵化体制造成,办学质量和水平不能得到社会甚至学生的认可;法学教育改革不存在既成的模式,其核心任务是提高法学毕业生的综合能力,让他们成为适应社会的有用之才。
