摘要
对于中国古代儒家学者为治世寻找公正和正义与法治和德治的关系问题 ,用现代人的眼光将其所取得的辉煌理论成就 ,放在传统社会的伦理框架内进行了学理上的分析 ,为现代社会管理以资借鉴。
Through the Chinese ancient confucianists'inquirment into the relation of rule of Laws and rule of morality to the fairness and justice of running the country, the author, in the sense of academy, analyses its brilliant achievements of theory with modern foresight by putting them with in the traditional ethical frame for the reference use of modern social administration.
