摘要
儒家德治思想发生于商周之际 ,完善于孔子孟子 。
The idea of rule of virtue in Confucianism originated in the turn of Shang and Zhou dynasties, and was consummated by Confucius and Mencius. Its key principles are full of vitality even at present time.
