The pursuit of unique characters of the literature criticism has always been vital to the construction of the science of Art. With the western literature penetrating and the native critical tradition being rearranged, Chinese literature criticism has brought about more academic energy than ever before since the new period. The essay considers the logical formation and main characteristics of the literature criticism by Li Guo-hua in a wide view taking the turning point of the century as the point of thinking. The intention of the reflection lies in verifying its typical expression form, constructive academic form and significance of the construction of Chinese modern literature criticism.
