证券市场对公司治理结构提出了三个要求:信息披露、公平公正对待股东和防止内部交易、有效实施法律制度;对公司治理结构的设立标准和执行标准有很大作用:通过信息披露影响投资决策、提高运营透明度、防止内部交易、建立高标准的治理结构、强化法律执行力度、促进诚实经营。完善我国证券市场,促进公司治理的四个对策。

The three requirements made by securities markets to corporate governance are information disclosure, fair and equal treatment of shareholders and the prevention of insider trading for the effective enforcement of legal system. Security markets play an important role in promoting governance. Information disclosure can bring about the influence upon investors, the transparency of operation, and the prevention of insider trading.
