摘要
国有股的减持问题一直是人们近几年关注的焦点和讨论的中心。国有股的减持工作从2001年6月实施以来,遭遇到重重困难,被迫于2001年10月暂停。但国有股的减持是健全证券市场、加入WTO的必要举措。国有股如何减持?从原因、目的、思路几个角度进行了探讨。
Reduction of state-owned shares has always been greatly concerned for several years. This task has met a lot of difficulties since June, 2001 when it was started, leading to the suspension of it in October, 2001. But reduction of state-owned shares is the in dispensable measures for the perfection of stock market and the entry into WTO. How to go on the task is detailedly discussed in the perspective of reason, purpose, and the train of thought.
