摘要
教师素有"人类灵魂的工程师"之称,其良好的职业道德不仅能给学生树立榜样,而且在新时期的公民道德建设中起到动力和辐射源的作用。目前,高校教师职业道德方面存在着不少问题,加强高校教师职业道德建设,势在必行,刻不容缓。高校应采取切实可行的对应措施,引导与约束相结合,并通过严格科学的管理,结合《公民道德建设实施纲要》的学习,将高校教师职业道德建设推向一个新台阶。
The excellent professional ethics of a teacher sets up a good example for students and functions as a motive force and radiant in the citizen's ethnical construction. It is of great urgency to strengthen the construction of professional ethics in higher education. In addition to strict administration and the study of certain documents, countermeasures should be adopted to solve the issues with the combination of guidance and control to promote the construction of collegiate teachers' professional ethics.
