摘要
以环己烷—苯—氢气 (CBH贮氢系统 )为例 ,研究了低温下几种典型重整催化剂和自制 0 .5 %Pt/γ -Al2 O3催化剂在除Cl- 前后的环己烷脱氢性能 .结果表明 ,除Cl- 后这些催化剂在低温下的脱氢活性 ,尤其是脱氢稳定性得到了显著的改善 。
Liquid organic hydride is regarded as a suitable means for hydrogen storage and automobile fuel. But the key problem is how to improve its efficiency. Activity and stability of some industrial reforming catalysts and 0.5%Pt/γ-Al 2 O 3 catalyst prepared in low temperature are researched based on CBH-system(cylcohexane- Benzene-Hydrogen),which shows that the industrial 0.5%Pt/γ-Al 2 O 3 catalyst has the best dehydrogenation performance among these catalysts. This performance has been greatly improved after dechlorine, but its low temperature activity still lag far behind the theoretic activity in corresponding temperature. Therefore it is necessary to develop a new dehydrogenation catalyst with high activity and stability in low temperature in the future for us.
