摘要 甲醇在高锰酸钾—磷酸溶液中放置 60min氧化成甲醛 ,甲醛与乙酰丙酮在沸水浴中加热 2 0min进行显色反应 ,在波长为 418nm处 ,以试剂空白为参比 ,用分光光度法测定其吸光度 .根据吸光度与溶液浓度的关系 。 The thesis discusses several factors which affect the acetyl acetone determination of element methanol in wine sample. It also gives some proper determination conditions: After being put in KmnO 4 -H 3 PO 4 solution for 60 minutes, methanol is oxidized by formal dehyde; the yellow colored product in boiling water for 20 minutes. Compared with the wine without methanol, the absorbance of the yellow compound can be measured by absorption photometry at its absorption maximal (418nm) .The content of methanol in wine sample can be calculated according to the relationship between absorption photometry and the solution consistency.
