摘要
详细讨论了立体异构命名中的手性元素和配位体大小的顺序规则 ,并分析了反应过程中反应物构型和反应符号 (R或S)之间的变化关系 。
The teaching of stereoisomerism is full of difficulties in organic chemistry and students are often ambiguous to some concepts of them. Chiral elements and the order regulations of functional group size are explained detailedly with the analysis and discussion of the chemical change between reactant configurations and reaction symbols(R or S) as well as the difference of the two concepts between stereoselective and stereospecific.
