通过对高校保卫干部队伍的发展及现状的简单阐述,结合"三个代表"对干部队伍建设的要求,对高校保卫干部队伍建设作简单的探索。
A simple inquiry into the cadre personnel in colleges and universities is made on the basis of the elaboration of the development of defense cadre personnel in colleges and universities and the requests of the 'Three-Represents' theory for the construction of Cadre personnel.
