蔡元培是提倡女权的资产阶级先觉者之一。他一生主张男女平等,开发女子智慧,提倡妇女解放。他在女子教育研究、经办女子学校等方面都作出了卓越的贡献。
As one of the bourgeois forerunners who initiated feminism, Cai Yuan-pei advocated female equality to male, development of female mentality, and emancipation of women all his life. He has made remarkable contributions to the study of female education and the running of female schools.
