摘要
腐败的实质是权力的滥用。为什么权力会被滥用,能够被滥用,关键是权力运行机制出了问题。权力不能依法在正常轨道上运行,再加上缺乏强有力的监督,必然导致腐败。反腐败要标本兼治,规范权力运行机制是反腐败的治本措施。
The nature of corruption is the abuse of one's power, whose reason is that there is something wrong with the power exercising power mechanism. The abuses of one's power and the lack of forceful supervision lead to the corruption in the society. Therefore, power operation must be standardized to eradicate the social corruption.
