On Legal Protection of Commercial Confidential Documents

在我国现阶段,对商业秘密进行合理有效的法律保护,对于促进交易安全,维护公平竞争的市场经济秩序有着极为重要的作用。在对商业秘密的概念、特征、性质等问题进行分析论证的基础上,探讨了侵犯商业秘密的几种常见形态,并据此研究了我国的商业秘密法律保护体系。

Commercial confidential documents should be effectively and reasonably protected through legal methods to show its positive role in the smooth trade and fair competition of the marketing system. This paper discusses several cases of infringing commercial files and studies the legal system for protecting commercial confidentials.
