摘要
实验室评估其实质是对学校办学条件的评估,为确保顺利通过评估,学校先后采取了一系列的强有力措施:首先领导高度重视是评估工作的坚强后盾;其次采取"走出去、请进来"的办法,避免走弯路;加上有关领导和实验技术人员的辛勤劳动的主要内因,使得评估工作顺利过关.通过评估,实验室的建设和管理都上了一个新台阶,达到了预期的"以评促建、以评促管、以评促改"的目的.
The laboratory is generally valued, the result of which reflects the favorable conditions for running a school. Different methods are adopted to ensure the successful evaluation, such as: 1) the leader's great attention; 2) the invitation of the further study personnel to come back; 3) the diligence and industry of the concerned leaders and technician. Through the evaluation, the construction and management of laboratory rise up to a new level and reach the aim of 'the evaluation of laboratory to promote construction, management and improvement'.
