摘要
以素质教育的科学内涵为出发点,指出了高校实施素质教育的一般做法和存在的误区,论述了在实施素质教育的系统工程中各子系统之间的融合,它包括教师和学生的主客体关系的融合;领导和教职工的主客体关系的融合;科学素质教育和人文素质教育的融合;继承和创新的融合.
Based on the scientific quality education, some general methods are put forward to perform quality education and some misleading points are clearly pointed out. The fusion of different subsystems, such as the interaction of teachers and students, the close communication between leaders and teaching personnel and the combination of science and humanism and the linking of inheritance and innovation, is discussed within the system of quality education.
