摘要
“导主和谐”模式下师生的角色定位是“教师为指导 ,学生为主体” ,其方法是“能力培养和思维训练” ,其理论背景是建构主义和人本主义 ,核心是以师生发展为本 ,目标是培养师生的发展性学力 ,培养“和谐的可持续发展的高素质人才苗子”。这种教学模式通过建构以教师专业化发展为共同愿望 ,以反思、反馈、互动、共享为特征的学习型组织来予以实施。
With the fullher promotlon of the reform of the course,t11e educational panern of leading harmony arise at the historic moment,in forefathers educational idea of summarzing, actively promote and educate foundation innovated,under it,role of teachers and students it makes a reservation to be teacher guide,students subjects,the method is that the ability is trained and trained with thinking.The teaching through build and construct common aspiration of regarding teacher’s specialized development as mode,regard reviewing,feedback,be interdynamic,share as the characteristic.
