摘要
本文简要回顾了新公共管理运动兴起的背景及各国的实践,分析了新公共管理的理念,并对其进行了反思和讨论。在此基础上,提出了新公共管理运动对我国公共研发资助管理的启示。
This paper briefly retrospects the background of New Public Management(NPM)movement and the practice of NPM reform in different countries,and analyzes and examines the main ideas of NPM.Based on this discussion,the paper puts forward some recommendations about its application and significance to the public research funding management in China.
