Research on the Science and Technology Innovation Capacity and Its relationships with Science and Technology Infrastructure

在知识经济时代,增强国家创新能力,提高国家竞争力是国之大计。针对国家科技基础条件平台建设的需要,本文分析了国家科技创新能力的基本概念和内涵,系统探讨了科技创新能力与科技基础设施的外在和内在关系,以期为国家科技基础设施有效发挥其创新支撑作用提供参考。

In the Knowledge Economy era, how to improve the national innovation capacity is very important for the enhancing of national competition. According to the R&D Infrastructure and Facility Development in China, the paper puts forward and analyzes the conception and 4 basic capacities of national science and technology innovation. Based on the analysis, exterior and inherent relationships between innovation capacity and infrastructure are studied. This will contribute to the national science and technology innovation infrastructure's planning and building.
