对我国电信网、因特网和有线电视网“三网融合”的问题进行了讨论，介绍了“三网融合”的背景和目前三网的现状，论述了“三网融合”需要做的工作。
The article discusses the question of compatibility for telecomm．network，internet and CATV of China， introduces the background of three nwtworks compatibility and current situation of three nwtworks．It also states the works which should be done for three nwtworks compatibility．
