摘要
分析了醛与酮的还原性 ,讨论了醛与弱氧化剂的反应 ,指出菲林试剂不适于鉴别醛和酮、脂肪醛和芳香醛 .
the reductivity of aldehyde and ketone was compared,the reaction of aldehyde and weak oxidizer was discussed,and it was pointed out that Fehling Reagent can't appreciate aldihyde and ketone,fatty aldehyde and aromatic aldehyde.
