摘要
本文对同工酶技术的原理及其在食用菌分类、品种鉴定及融合子鉴定等种质资源研究中的应用研究进展进行了概括,以便为科学研究提供参考。
The theory of isozyme and applications in mushroom germplasm such as mushroom taxono- my,species and fusants identification are generalized in this paper.It offer reference mainly for science research.
