摘要
研究了在酸性条件下,亚硝酸盐氮与番红花红T体系的分光光度测定,提出了1种测定 硝酸盐氮的新方法.在 2.0 mol/L的硫酸介质中,体系的最大吸收波长为 365 nm,表观摩尔吸光 系数为3.1×104L/(mol.cm),质量浓度在0~10.0mg/25L范围内遵守比耳定律.此法用于 环境水样中微量亚硝酸盐氮测定,结果与经典的盐酸茶乙二胺比色法基本一致.
Based on the spectrophotometric of nitrite-N and Safranin T system,This paper puts forward a new method for the determination of nitrite. In the present of H2SO4(2.0 mol/L),the maximum absorption wavelength is 365 nm and the apparent molar absorptivity is 3.1 ×104L(mol·cm).Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0- 10.0 mg/25 L. This method has been applied to the determination of micro-amount of nitrite in environmental water,its results are in agreement with the results obtained by the N-(1-naphthyl) ethylenediaminedily drochloride photometric method.
