分析了民营企业失败的主要根源，针对民营企业面临着处理集权与分权的难题和决策高风险的危机，提出民营企业成长壮大必须实现三大突破——企业家自身突破、家族制管理模式突破与产权制度突破．

This paper mainly analyses the causes of private enterprises failure,aiming at the difficulty of dealing with centralization confronted with the private enterprises,points out that three breakthroughs should be achieved for the private enterprises to grow in strength,that is,the breakthrough of enterprises themselves, management pattern of family system,and Property institutions.
