摘要
针对新时期的特点,就如何改进高校学生工作,加强素质教育,注重心理健康教育和学生工作队伍建设提出初略的思路和做法。
In view of new period property, this paper presents tentative ideas and measures how to improve college students' work,strengthen quality education,mental health education and the construction of teacher group for students' work.
