进入新世纪的高等职教要切实走内涵式发展道路,以观念转轨为前提,以评估验收为手段,以正常 投入为途径,以专业建设和质量建设为龙头,以师资建设为根本,实现可持续的稳步发展。
Higher professional education in the 21st century must develop itself through continuing construction,taking ideological transformation as a prerequisite, evaluation and acceptance as a method, normal funds support as the way,discipline reform and quality improvement as a lead, and construction of teaching staff as fundamentals in achieving steady sustainable development.
