摘要
文章报道自1994年至2000年4月收集的四肢开放性骨折96例,均经急诊清创和骨折固定治疗,创面一期愈合70例(72.92%),二期愈合26例(27.08%),与文献比较,感染率偏高。从本组治疗结果分析认为:早期清创应彻底,清创术应达满意程度,对骨折固定,I型者应首选内固定, Ⅲ型和部分Ⅱ型应多选用骨外固定,不宜采用外固定。
This essay analyses 96 cases of open fracture treated from 1994 to April 2000. Treated with epluchage and fixation, the patients recovered by first treatment in 70 cases (comprising of 72.92 percent),recovered by the second treatment in 26 eases (comprising of 27.08 percent).The infectious proportion is higher than that of in documents.The analysis shows that the early epluchage must be thorough and the epluchage operating must be perfect;for the fixation of fracture, internal fixation should be chosen first to the TypeⅠ cases, external fixation of fracture should be chosen more to the Type Ⅲ and some of Type Ⅱcases , but not only external fixation.
